IT17921: PUSH TO IBM API CONNECT FAILS ON TOOLKIT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The toolkit fails to publish to IBM API Connect through the
  toolkit. If a you have multiple organisations then you can have
  a problem when the toolkit loads the API details.
  
  The toolkit will try and preload the first organisation API
  details. If this fails then an error is displayed and you
  cannot move into the next page.
  

Local fix

• Use the Web Interface or the mqsipushapis command instead of the
  toolkit to publish the APIs .

Problem conclusion

• The product changes the error to a warning allowing you to
  select a different organisation.
