Error description

• When using cCURL to upload files to a mailbox in IBM Sterling
  B2B Integrator using FTPS and the upload fails with a very large
  file, the resume option does not work. The file gets uploaded
  from the beginning when resuming the upload.
  
  The cURL output shows the following from the server (SBI):
  < 451 Requested action aborted: session in inconsistent state.
  
  NOTE: the upload succeeds but it just starts from the beginning
  of the file when attempting to resume the upload.
  To resume the upload, you must add the cURL command
  option  "-C -" per the cURL documentation.
