APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The TPC-R CLI does not work in TPC 5.1.1.10 and 5.1.1.11. The
  user cannot authenticate to the CSMCLI tool using correct
  credentials.
  
  Recreate steps:
    - Start the CSMCLI tool by running /opt/IBM/TPC/cli/csmcli.sh
    - Manually enter the TPC-R authentication credentials, and
  press Enter after each
    - Authentication fails
