Error description

• Inside following logs files you can see the error ( LAX - out
  and traceTPCinstaller.log ).
  
  Attempt to copy
  C:\install\TPC_5.2.11\SC\data\server\bin\win64_x64\TSRMsrv.dll
  to D:\IBM\TPC\data\server\bin\win64_x64\TSRMsrv.dll using NIO
  Channels failed due to
  'D:\IBM\TPC\data\server\bin\win64_x64\TSRMsrv.dll (The process
  cannot access the file because it is being used by another
  process.)'.  Falling back to streams.
