Error description

  • If a database operation results in either an error or "success
with info", the product will attempt to decode the text provided
by the database driver in order to make it easier to diagnose
    failures.

Due to a change introduced in 10.0.0.5 on the following
codepages the converter required to translate the message to
    unicode is not recognised:

    cp932
    windows-950
    windows-936
    KS_C_5601-1987
    KSC_5601
    0 for KS_C_5601-1989
    0 for csKSC56011987
    korean
    iso-ir-149
    windows-949
    TIS-620

This can result in the following error during initial connection
    to the database:

BIP2132E: Invalid codepage '0' or conversion table 'ibm-0'
    missing or invalid.
