Error description

• Pcomm 6.0.13
  Receiving a large file in binary mode from host to 3270 GSKit
  TLS 1.0 session always times out at almost the same position.
  
  If the user changes the File Transfer packet size from 8000 to
  4000, the time out did not occur.
  

Local fix

• Use non-secure 3270 session

  Receiving a very large binary file from a z/OS host over a
  secure TN3270 session may cause the emulator session to hang.
  This has been reported in Windows (Japanese) locale using
  APVUFILE but may also occur using IND$FILE utility.
  

Problem conclusion

• Large files transferred between the host and the emulator are
  received in multiple 3270 data packets. A defect was found in
  handling incomplete data received over a secure connection.
  PCSTLNET.DLL code changes have been made to correct this.
  
  Fix scheduled for PCOM 6.0.19 and 12.0.2 Refresh Pack
