Error description

• Customer reported large backlog of index 19 million bps and
  documents in total and index was failing. It was decided that
  the customer would run PurgeAll.sh to clean the database but
  after doing this they found the index bp was failing with the
  following error :-
  
  ERROR BPMOvingService:getNumToArchive() ->
  ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in udo tablespace
  'UNDOTBS1'
  
  We found that the problem was the BPMV_REINDX table had
  962231995 rows within it and this is the first thing the index
  job does is to copy this table to BPMV_REIDX_WRK
