Error description

• AIX library XL C/C++, V13.1.2  might generate issues for
  Spectrum Control components using native API (see APAR IT16146).
  This APAR will be open to check for the faulty library, XL C/C++
  for AIX, V13.1.2 during Spectrum Control install time.
