IT16606: Using.NET sample simplexaput fails intermittently with MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR during queue manager disconnect

Error description

• When using the IBM MQ .NET sample application, SimpleXAPut, it
  fails intermittently with an MQException 2195
  MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR during queue manager disconnect.

  An error similar to the one below is generated:

Local fix

Problem summary

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A logic error within the MQ .NET client code caused the MQDISC
  call to incorrectly report MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR if there was an
  ongoing commit or rollback operation on that connection. It is
  expected that the MQDISC call will wait while the operation
  completes.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ .NET code is modified to wait for the completion of  the
  commit or rollback operation that is in progress before the
  connection to the queue manager is disconnected.
