IT16331: HTTPLISTENER PORT CAN BE SET TO AN INVALID VALUE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Setting the HTTPConnector to an invalid value on the broker will
  cause a new execution group to fail to start.
  
  For instance issue:
  mqsichangeproperties MYBROKER -b httplistener -o HTTPConnector
  -n port -v @@MY_PORT@@
  
  and then create an execution group with:
  mqsicreateexecutiongroup MYBROKER -e MYEG

  All users of IBM Integration Bus v10.0 using the HTTP Input

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using the console command mqsichangeproperties <BrokerName>
  -b httplistener -o HTTPConnector -n port -v <PortNumber>,
  PortNumber could be set to a non-integer value without causing
  an error.
  
  There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
  Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0.  For details

Problem conclusion

• Checking of integer port inputs has been extended to check http
  listener port numbers, producing exception
  mqsi_integerArgumentRequired (BIP8068) if an invalid port is
  defined. This will prevent an execution group being created with
  an invalid port value, and failing to start.
