IT16146: RUNNING PRE-DEFINED REPORTS IN AIX FAILS WITH DPR-ERR-2056 AND DPR-ERR-2074

Error description

• User is unable to run any of IBM Spectrum Control's pre-defined
  reports,
  getting errors such as DPR-ERR-2056 "The Report Server is not
  responding"
  in the GUI.
  Further error with DPR-ERR-2074 can be seen in the cogserver
  log:

  This is caused by a faulty OS library XL C/C++ for AIX, V13.1.2.
  Customers with the faulty OS library XL C/C++ for AIX, V13.1.2
  should
  downgrade/upgrade to fixed versions as per the following link:
  http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21975779
  IBM Spectrum Control uses xlC only for the SRA probes. No issues
  were seen
  with the non-faulty versions of the library.

  should
  downgrade/upgrade to fixed versions as per the following link:
