  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When an Application is deployed with "Start mode" as Manual
    its status will be "stopped'. It is then started manually which
    makes its status as 'running'. Later, when the bar file deployed
    with Start Mode as  'Maintained' , the application turns into
    Stopped state.   It should be in running state.

    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of IBM Integration Bus V10.0 using the Applications
    with start mode 'Maintained'.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    When an Application is deployed with "Start mode"  as Manual its
    initial status after deployment will be "stopped'. If the
    Application is started manually its status will change to
    'running'.  Later, when the Application is deployed with Start
    Mode as  'Maintained',  the state of the Application after
    deployment should remain as 'running' as the 'Maintained' mode
    is expected to retain the last state of the Application.
    However, in this case the Application goes back to 'stopped'
    state.
