Error description

  • DETAIL OF PROBLEM:
    After upgrade of TPC or Spectrum Control to version 5.2.10
    customer
    may observe slow running probe and other jobs.  In some cases
    the
    jobs may run for a significantly longer time than prior to the
    upgrade.  The LogTraceHelpers may eventually cause an
    OutOfMemory
    condition.
    Rebooting the server will temporarily improve job run times, but
    over time run times may increase.
    RECREATE STEPS:
    Upgrade an existing TPC or Spectrum Control environment actively
    monitoring SVC/Storwize devices to Spectrum Control v5.2.10.
    Allow scheduled jobs to run and observe extended run time of the
    jobs.
