Error description

• The design of the queries that run to generate this report
  results in excessive CPU cycles and causes general sluggishness
  in other functions.  Increasing CPU usage can be confirmed via
  operating system administration tools (Windows task manager, AIX
  topas, etc).
  RECREATE STEPS:
  Run the predefined report "performance of one storage system" in
  Cognos and observe very high CPU usage.
