Error description

• Currently no snapshots are ever purged, causing severe growth in
  snapshot tables and eventual
  exhaustion of DB space.
  The first sign of trouble is that any database queries involving
  snapshot tables take a very
  long time to complete.  This is visible to users when attempting
  to bring up the performance
  views in the web GUI.
  RECREATE STEPS:
  observe slow performance view generation in 5.2.9 and 5.2.10
  servers
