• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If an element has dfdl:occursCountKind='parsed' and
  maxOccurs='unbounded' and has enabled validation, incorrect
  validation failures will be reported.
  
  For example:
  
  CTDN3087E: Element 'Type1' has maxOccurs '-1' but the input
  document contained '3' occurrences.
  

Local fix

• Either change occursCountKind to 'implicit' or change maxOccurs
  to a number.

Problem conclusion

• The product now includes an updated version of the DFDL library
  that correctly handles the schema validation of elements with
  maxOccurs="unbounded" and dfdl:occursCountKind='parsed'.
