Local fix

  • Replacing the catalog file from a back up may resolve the issue.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
This problem occurred because of a timing window when creating
or deleting an object. This window could cause the MQ queue
manager to fail to correctly record all of the information about
the object change into the MQ object catalog.

The resulting incomplete record affected the queue manager's
ability to correctly match object queries when a wildcard was
    used.

Problem conclusion

  • The MQ queue manager logic has been corrected to address the
timing window when creating or deleting objects, to ensure that
a complete record of the operation is written to the object
    catalog.
