IT15600: CERTAIN COMMANDS FAIL WITH BIP1033E WHEN SUPPLIED WITH BROKER FILE

Error description

• The mqsichangeresourcestats, mqsimode, mqsireportresourcestats,
  and mqsiwebuseradmin commands may fail when passed a .broker
  file containing connection details of a remote broker. When this
  happens, the following error message is seen:
  
  
  BIP1033E: Invalid parameters.
  The following flag(s) are invalid, missing, or cannot be used
  together: '-connection'.
  Reissue the command specifying valid options and flags.

  The mqsichangeresourcestats, mqsimode, mqsireportresourcestats,
  and mqsiwebuseradmin commands may fail when passed a .broker
  file containing connection details of a remote integration node.
  When this happens, the following error message is seen:

Problem conclusion

• The commands have been modified so that the error does not occur
  when using remote integration node connection files (.broker
