    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A coding error meant that a consistency check was applied to
records in both LIVE and DELETED state in the queue manager's
cluster cache. This consistency check is only necessary to be
run against LIVE records, and generated false positive results
    when run against DELETED records.

When the consistency check was run against a DELETED record, if
it encountered such as false positive, the FDC with comment
"Incomplete qmgr clus record" and probe Id RM191025, was
    generated unnecessarily.

Problem conclusion

  • The MQ queue manager clustering code has been updated such that
this FDC is not generated when the record is in DELETED state.

It is not expected that records in LIVE state will fail this
consistency check, and so the FDC will continue to be generated
should this unexpected result be encountered.
