Error description

• If a message flow's input node is part of a subflow and the
  input node's 'additional instances pool' property is set as 'Use
  Pool Associated with Message Flow' then the additional instance
  threads do not get created.
  

Local fix

• Set the 'additional instances pool' property of the input node
  as 'Use Pool Associated with Node'.

• The product now creates the additional instance threads even if
  the input node is part of a subflow.
