APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If an integration node is configured to use SSL, users are
unable to start the webUI with an SSL URL.

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM Integration Toolkit V10.0 that connect to an
integration node using the webUI with SSL enabled.


Platforms affected:
MultiPlatform

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The Integration toolkit only handles and forms non-SSL URLs for
communicating with the webUI. If the integration node is
configured to use SSL, the URL generated by the toolkit still
uses http, not https.

Problem conclusion

  • The product now handles SSL enabled integration nodes correctly
and starts the web administration UI with the correct SSL URL.
