Error description

  • If the DFDL parser encounters a character decoding error, such
as a truncated multi-byte character or invalid character, then
the DFDL parser may leave the ICU converter in a failed state.
This may cause the DFDL parser to throw character decoding
errors for the next message through, even if that message is
valid. The DFDL parser should always reset the ICU converter
after a character decoding error so that it does not affect the
    next message through.
