Error description

• A message flow containing a SAPRequest node deployed with
  additional instances can fail under heavy message load with the
  following error:
  
  BIP3450E: An adapter error occurred during the processing of a
  message. The adapter error message is 'The context with the
  session id [DEFAULT_SESSION_REFERENCE]
  scope type [mysap.system.com|100|intremote.83394] is currently
  used in thread Thread-18 [0x3a].Current thread is Thread-17
  [0x39]. '
  
  The problem is due to SAP Adapter APAR JR55768  SAP ADAPTER
  FAILS WITH JCO_ERROR_CONCURRENT_CALL DURING RUNTIME.

Problem conclusion

• The product now includes an update to IBM WebSphere Adapter for
  SAP that resolves the issue.
