Error description
After successfully deploying a shared library to an execution group, the bipbroker process was consuming 100% CPU for around 10-15 minutes. The cause of this was due to a large number of REST requests from the Web user interface to the bipbroker process. Additional Symptom(s) Search Keyword(s):

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus V10.0 deploying shared libraries and using the web user interface. Platforms affected: MultiPlatform, z/OS **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The customer experienced 10-15 minutes of high CPU on the bipbroker process after deploying a shared library. They were using the web user interface and that was sending a large number of REST requests to update the web user interface . There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. Problem conclusion
