Error description

  • When the value of the xsd:anyURI element contains encoded
    spaces as %20, then the value is further encoded as %2220 which
    is incorrect.

    All users of WebSphere Message Broker v8, IBM Integration Bus v9
    and v10 using the XMLNSC domain.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    When processing an element using the XMLNSC domain if the
    element has type xsd:anyURI and the value for this element
    contains encoded spaces such as "%20%, then during parsing the
    value is further encoded resulting in the invalid escape
    sequence "%2220".
    
    There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
    Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0.  For details

Problem conclusion

  • Encoded spaces are no longer double encoded when using the
    XMLNSC domain to process elements of type xsd:anyURI.
