IT14416: UNKNOWN TERMINAL NAMES CAUSE ABEND IN STATS AND ACCOUNTING

Error description

• If the Stats and Accounting facility can not determine the
  terminal name of a custom node then the DataFlowEngine will
  abend. The following message will be logged to the syslog:

  The thread bootstrap code caught an unhandled exception on

Problem conclusion

• IBM Integration Bus no longer abends when it cannot find the
  terminal name of customer User Defined Nodes when preparing
  Accounting and Statistics messages.
