IT14396: DOCUMENT GENERATOR FAILS WITH NPE WHEN HANDLING UNSUPPORTED FILE TYPE

Error description

• If a message flow references a certain type of file that has no
  report generator defined, the document generator throws a
  NullPointerException (NPE).

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM Integration Toolkit v10.0 who generate
  documentation on WSDL files or message flow files, which
  reference a WSDL file.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The "Generate documentation" function supports only mxsd and
  message set. If a user tries to generate a document for a WSDL
  which references a XML Schema (XSD), the function will not be
  able to find the associated generator and it will throw a
  NullPointerException.
  

Problem conclusion

• The "Generate documentation" function has been modified to check
  for the existence of the generator and will no longer throw a
  NullPointerException.
