• Closed as program error.

Error description

• WSDL files whose extensions are in capital case are incorrectly
  put under the Other Resources category in the Application
  Development view of the Integration Development perspective.
  

Local fix

• Rename WSDL files to have a lower case extension.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM Integration Toolkit v10 who have WSDL or XSD
  files in their workspace with extensions in capital case.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The toolkit does not recognize WSDL or XSD files with extensions
  in capital case. These files are put under the Other Resources
  category instead of the WSDL or schema categories.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now recognizes WSDL and XSD files with extensions in
  any cases.
