  • SQL queries that do not use 'bind' variables causes
    fragmentation in the shared pool (memory) and hence performance

    WHERE     SCI_SUBGROUP_LIST.PARENTGROUP_KEY =
    '1366902489263--196337842'
           AND SCI_SUBGROUP_LIST.USERGROUP_KEY =
    YFS_USER_GROUP.USERGROUP_KEY
           AND YFS_USER_GROUP.ACTIVATEFLAG = 'Y'
