Problem Statement: Business process usage list is not returned in Troubleshooter -> Buisness process usage -> Active buisness process . Environment Info: Windows Simulation Steps: - Execute one or more BP that take a few seconds to run (time to make the test). - Go in System Troubleshooting - > View aCtive BP (you should see a 1 if a BP is running). - Click on the BP count : The window open but is empty.
