Error description

• Websphere MQ Suite GET does not consider the GETALL into one
  document, unless wsmq_rcvMsgLimit is set to a value > 2.
  

Local fix

• <assign to="wsmq_rcvMsgLimit">3</assign>
  To combine a practically unlimited number of
  messages into one document, choose a very high value.

  Made code changes so that when rcvLimit is not specified in the
  BP or set to a value of zero,(meaning unlimited and all the
  messages available on the queue needs to be pulled), all the
  messages on the queue get picked by the WSMQ_GetMessage service
  and consolidates into a single document.
