• ERROR DESCRIPTION:Ø
  The SPE services append PD values from SPE to the SI process
  data tree with append mode disabled.  If multiple element names
  with the same name exist in SPE then only one tag will exist in
  SI and its value will be updated.  This is not the desired
  behavior.  The SI process data tree should contain all of the
  elements in the SPE tree.
