Error description

  • On the dashboard, create a new Account.
    On the "User Information" screen is reached, press [Back], then
    press [Next].
    
    The following error message is displayed:
    
    Processing error has occurred. Please contact system
    administrator and check system logs for more details.

    Problem Description:
    
    Navigate to Dashboard -> Accounts -> User Accounts -> Create
    a new Account.
    Go through the wizard to create new user, when "User
    Information" screen is reached, press [Back] and then press
    [Next].
    
    
    Error Message displays:
    
    Errors
    Processing error has occurred. Please contact system
    administrator and
    check system logs for more details.
    
    When clicking the final "NEXT" button as listed in scenario
    above, the ui.log displays the following exception:
