• A leading * in the MQ queue manager property allows connection
  to all queue managers in a queue manager group defined in a CCDT
  file.

  All users of IBM Integration Toolkit who use a CCDT file to
  define a queue manager group, and then use a leading * in the MQ
  queue manager property to connect to all the queue managers
  within the group.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The message flow editor does not allow a leading * for the MQ
  queue manager property.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Message Flow editor now allows a leading * to be specified
  for the MQ queue manager property.
