Error description
When a blank message is being put to TimeoutControl node, theTimeoutNotification node fails to propagate the message to its out terminal. Ideally, it is expected that the TimeoutNotification node propagates a message tree containing only a Properties folder when there is no message body available.

Problem conclusion
