  • The user finds that the date/time of runTime in SOAP Fault
    Message doesn't have AM/PM although it is NOT with 24 hours
    format.
    
    When the user had the error at 10/27/2015 5:48:18 PM, SOAP Fault
    Message was run. But "runTime" of the message in SOAP Fault
    Message shows as 10/27/2015 5:48:18.
