Problem Statement:
Large number of small system logs are generated on the
system after installing IBM Sterling B2B Integrator V5.2.5
5020500_7 patches (from 5020402).
New system logs are generated every 5 seconds.
Most of the logs contain only a few lines similar to:

[2015-08-23 08:23:59.336] ALL CommonUtil
log_direcotry=/shared/logs/01
[2015-08-23 08:23:59.336] ALL CommonUtil
install_dir=/app/sterling/si52/install
[2015-08-23 08:23:59.428] ALL Security mode is set to 1
