Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Control report "Performance Data Export" in
  TCR/Cognos running for
  Hourly/Daily interval, I/O Groups metrics is failing. The
  following errors can be seen in the Cognos GUI and in
  cogserver.log:
  RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation
  'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-16'.
