Error description

• IDoc triggered via ALE from SAP throws handler for IDOC
  INBOUND ASYCHRONOUS was not installed. This occurs when the SAP
  Suite Adapter for JCo 3.x receives both version 3 and version 4
  IDocs, which was possible using the 2.1.x version of the SAP
  libraries.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  SAP JCo3.x libraries for ALE outbound functionality users
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In the JCO 3.x libraries, outbound processing is failing to
  process both iDoc version 3 and 4.
  Sterling B2B Integrator is able to automatically
  switch to RFC calls based on the
  IDoc version, which is working perfectly fine in 2.x libraries.
  
  Customer is seeing below exception with 3.x libraries:
