Error description

• A solution including a Graphical Data Map that uses an mb: or
  iib: function to obtain a user defined or broker property value,
  e.g. mb:getUserDefinedProperty() only in the context of a
  transform condition, or setting an argument parameter might fail
   to deploy or execute due to the error
  BIP3946E: The map script generation for QName '' has
  failed, with the following details: 'IXJXE0609E: [ERR 0548][ERR
  XPST0017] The function
  '{http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions}getUserDefinedProperty'
  with arity 1 is not in the in-scope function declarations.'
  

Local fix

• When the .map file includes a Custom XPath transform which
  references one of the iib: or mb: prefixed functions, the issue
  will not occur.

Problem conclusion

• The generation of Graphical Data Maps is corrected so that the
  iib: and mb: function prefixes are always correctly defined.
