Problem summary

    USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM Integration Bus V9.0 and V10.0 using Workload
    Management.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When using the Workload Management capability for a message flow
that has additional instances defined, and the input message
load is not consistent (busy periods mixed with quiet periods),
gradual memory growth can be observed for the integration
    server.
During the less busy periods, there may not be sufficient load
to keep all the additional message flow instances busy. These
additional instances can return to the thread pool, but it was
found that some workload management objects were not being
    released when this happened.
