  Problem Statement
  -----------------------
  FTP Client WS_FTP Pro does not work and comply with the fix
  provided with interim fix 7 (to delete and rename) with
  IT10013. In specific the WS_FTP Pro version 2003 works fine.
  However the later versions of WS_FTP Pro version
  2007 & 2012 fails.
  
  
  
  User Permissions:
  -------------------------
  - The Shared drive and the windows machine (that has SI) is in
  a windows domain.
  - The domain user is part of the Local admin group, where SI is
  installed.
  - The domain user has full permission to start SI services in
  the windows machine, where SI is installed.
  - The domain user has also full permission rights on the shared
  drive.
  
  
  *Note:
  Filezilla, Command line etc.. seems to work fine.
  
  
  
  Observations
  ---------------------
  We have tested this inhouse with 2003, 2007 and 2012 and
  following seems not to work:
  - In 2007 and 2012 we see a strange behavior that the FTP
  Client interprets the files/folders in FTP Server with a empty
  space in the beginning of the file/folder name (Look in to the
  logs and images attached).
  - Aslo we tested with Filezilla Server and the WS_FTP Pro 2007
  and 2012 seem to interpret the file names correct and executes
  the ftp commands.

  To execute the ftp commands such as Rename, Delete and Change
  to work with later versions of WS_FTP Pro
