APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After installing the Integration Toolkit v9003 Interim Fix 001
  the following message may be issued when starting the Toolkit:
  
  Error: Could not find or load main class
  com.ibm.broker.config.proxy.
  LatestBrokerInstallLocation
  The system cannot find the path specified.
  
  The reason is that the file ConfigManagerProxy.jar is removed
  from the directory \wmbt during the installation of v9003
  Interim Fix 001. This JAR file contains the main class that is
  trying to be loaded.
  

Local fix

• The file ConfigManagerProxy.jar resides in plugin
  com.ibm.etools.mft.config. It can be copied from there into the
  \wmbt directory.
  
  This plugin can be found where the shared plugins are stored -
  typically in C:\Program Files
  (x86)\ibm\SDPShared\plugins\com.ibm.etools.mft.config_9.0.301.v2
  0150521-1550. Please make note of the version in the plugin
  (9.0.301.v20150521-1550) - there may be other version of this
  plugin in the same directory.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The ConfigManagerProxy.jar file has been modified for v9003
  Interim Fix 001. It is correctly removed from the \wmbt
  directory during the installation of the v9003 Interim Fix 001.
  However, the installation package is incorrectly configured so
  that it does not replace it with the new version of that JAR
  file.
  

Problem conclusion

• The installation package for IBM Integration Toolkit v9004 is
  configured correctly to restore the ConfigManagerProxy.jar file
  to the \wmbt directory.
