  Steps to re-create the problem:

  1) Using Flashcopy manager management console, define a command
  file and attach to a schedule.
  
  For example, define command file to run:
  .
  fcmcli query component  or fcmcli query config
  .
  2) Define a schedule to run this command file.
  .
  3) Using the Flashcopy manager management console, run the
  schedule. You will see ??? rather than expected double
  double byte  language characters
