IT09083: JMS INPUT NODE INCORRECTLY REPORTS BACKOUT FAILURE

Error description

• The JMS input node will incorrectly report the following message
  even when the backout has been successful:
  
  BIP4697: The JMSInput Node 'SOL.IN' could not process a
  non-transactional message. A backout destination has either not
  been defined or sending the message to the backout destination
  has failed. Since the message can not be rolled back the message
  has been discarded.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a message flow receives a message via the JMS input node
  and subsequently encounters an exception, the exception is
  thrown back to the input node. The message is successfully
  backed out but the Broker/Integration server erroneously
  reports:
  
  BIP4697: The JMSInput Node 'SOL.IN' could not process a
  non-transactional message. A backout destination has either not
  been defined or sending the message to the backout destination
  has failed. Since the message can not be rolled back the message
  has been discarded.
  
  There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
  Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. For details

Problem conclusion

• The product now checks for the status of the message and only
  reports an error when necessary.
