Error description
When running the mqsicreatebar command on a flow which has a promoted property that is an enumeration, the command can fail with a Java EOFException caused by a NullPointerException at com.ibm.broker.config.appdev.PromotedProperty.
Local fix
Demote and then re-promote the property.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus V9.0 and V10.0 who have an old style subflow which has a promoted property of the type EENum and want to convert it to a .subflow file and create a BAR file. Platforms affected: z/OS, MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a subflow contains an old enumeration property that has been promoted then BAR creation may fail with a java.io.EOFException. Problem conclusion
