When a URI Mapping is not found for a flow by the broker-wide listener the 404 response page that is returned contains an unclosed paragraph "" HTML tag.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus version 9 using the broker-wide listener or the proxy servlet and and all users of IBM Integration Bus version 10 using the proxy servlet. Platforms affected: z/OS, MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When making a webservices request to either the broker wide listener or the proxy servlet, if the URI in the request does not match a flow registration a 404 response is returned with an HTML explanation page as the body. While this page is technically valid HTML it contains an unclosed paragraph "" tag which prevents the page from being parsed by XML based parsers. There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. Problem conclusion
