Error description

• A Graphical Data Map solution which includes multiple chains of
  submaps,
  where a common submap is called from points in several chains
  can fail with an error of the form:
  
  BIP3946E The map script generation for QName '
  routine>' has failed, with the following details: 'Exception
  IXJXE0873E: [ERR 0614]
  Errors were encountered during compilation of the expression'
  
  Additionally service trace will show a preceding event of the
  form:
  
  IXJXE1029E: [ERR XQ10411][XQST0034] The library module function
  '' with arity '' has already been declared
  in the importing module or in another imported module.
  

Local fix

• The issue can only be avoided by removing the calls to the
  identified 'submap routine', refactoring the logic inline in
  the calling map.

  An Integration Bus application or service that includes
  Graphical Data Maps which include multiple chains of submaps,
  where a common submap is called from points in several chains
  can fail with an error of the form:

Problem conclusion

• The Graphical Data Map runtime component is corrected so that
  maps which include multiple chains of submaps, where a common
  submap is called from points in several chains, can be
  successfully deployed and executed.
