Error description

• Sometimes, when you send a get "*" request from IBM Sterling
  B2B Integrator Get Service to an external SFTP Server,
  the server returns
  "Server Response Code 4 General Failure."
  
  The problem is how the SFTP Server rsponds to the
  NLST* made by the client, listing not only the names of the
  files in the current directory, but also '.' and '..'
  When the client does a try to RETR ., the server responds with
  the general error 4.
