Error description

• Adding JVM specific arguments to either PREFIX or SUFFIX in the
  Performance Tuning Wizard results in truncated or corrupted
  entry in Windows registry. The setup files must not truncate the
  "Equals" sign when entering the parameter in the UI.
  For example:

Local fix

• Workaround:
  1. Add the entire argument with the "EQUALS" sign
  into the UI.
  2. Save the Performance Wizard.
  3. Stop the system.
  4. Run the setup files.
  5. Use 'grep' or search the properties directory for the
  argument leading up the "EQUALS" sign.
  6. Add the remaining arguments including the "EQUALS"
  sign into the various files.
